Mindgasm, an independent global podcast, aired last week with their first show. Available to listeners everywhere via Apple Podcasts and Spotify, the show had already been listened to in over 13 countries in less than 24 hours after its launch. New episodes will be released every Monday.
Joey Thurman, celebrity PT, TV host, author and health and fitness expert, reveals the methods individuals need to develop better habits and explains the different ways to improve overall physical and mental health. Joey speaks openly about his own struggles with mental health and pulls back the curtain on the dark side of social media.
